“ Unfortunately I tried this cafe on my last morning and not my first. I was beginning to think there wasn't one good cafe in all of Puerto Vallarta. The four others I tried before Puerto Cafe were weak and bitter, including the Starbucks. (Yes, that is how desperate I became). The Flat White was bold and smooth. Save your time and money and come here first. You will not be sorry. Bravo! (If you come from the Malecon, go one block up the street at the Bustamante Ladder sculpture). ”
